Welcome to sellcalifornialand.com (the “Site”), operated by
Sell California Land (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern
your access to and use of the Site and our services. By accessing or using the Site, you
agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Services
Sell California Land is a private land buying company that purchases vacant land, rural acreage,
inherited properties, and other real property across the state of California. We are
not licensed real estate agents, brokers, or attorneys, and nothing on
this Site constitutes real estate brokerage, legal advice, tax advice, or financial
advice. We strongly recommend that you consult with licensed professionals before entering
into any real estate transaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a
binding agreement to use this Site and our services. By using the Site, you represent and
warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Property Valuations and Offers
Any property valuations, estimates, preliminary offers, or price ranges communicated
through the Site, by phone, by email, or by any other means are estimates only and
do not constitute binding offers. A binding agreement to purchase property will
only exist upon execution of a formal written purchase agreement signed by both parties.
All purchases are subject to satisfactory title verification, due diligence, and any
other conditions specified in a purchase agreement.
4. User Submissions and Consent to Contact
By submitting information through the Site (including but not limited to property
details, contact information, and any forms), you:
- Represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to
provide it - Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, store,
reproduce, and share your submitted information for business purposes, including
sharing with third-party land buyers, real estate investors, and real estate
professionals as described in our Privacy Policy - Consent to be contacted by us and by third parties with whom we share your
information, by phone (including automated calls and texts), email, and mail
regarding the purchase of your property or related services - Acknowledge that third parties who receive your information are not controlled by
us and operate under their own policies and practices
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or connected networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without
written permission - Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
6. Intellectual Property

WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL
COMPONENTS.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or
reliability of any property valuations, market data, or other information provided through
the Site. Property values are subject to change and depend on numerous factors outside our
control.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELL CALIFORNIA LAND,
ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER
INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SITE OR OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of
or related to the Site or our services exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sell California Land, its owners, officers,
directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims,
liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your violation
of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any information you
submit through the Site.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site,
or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American
Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is
limited.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings
will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or
representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or
class-wide arbitration.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at
[email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute
informally for at least thirty (30) days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action not
subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located
in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with
or without cause, and with or without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their
nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty
disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and
are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party
sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on
this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any
modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
